Montana’s primary statutes addressing clean water and clean air are codified in Title 75 of the Montana Code Annotated (MCA), titled “Environmental Protection.”
These laws implement the state’s strong constitutional protections for the environment and align with (but are not limited to) federal Clean Water Act and Clean Air Act requirements.
And it is what we don't see ...
that is most concerning.
Montanans are living and working under skies that are increasingly polluted with weather modification experiments that are wreaking havoc on our health and that of our land.
